  • Day/Night Care Assistant

Day/Night Care Assistant required at Northfiled House, Stroud

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a big heart for seniors and those with dementia?

We are searching for Care Assistants to join our amazing team and work for us, in our warm, friendly, traditional privately owned Residential Care Home in Stroud with a clean, safe, and comfortable home from home environment.

Working for us as a care assistant, you will help create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our residents, whom we consider to be like a dear loved one in our own family. Our ethos is "Care with Compassion & Commitment".

Job Description

Some of the Job Responsibilities include:

  • To have a genuine passion for caring for seniors and especially those with dementia.
  • To have empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • To have the ability to work as part of a compassionate and collaborative team.
  • To have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents providing a high level of person centred care.
