You may spend time with them in their own room, in one of our communal areas, outside on our decking or in our delightful sensory garden, weather permitting.
Yes, there are TV and telephone points in every room however, they will need to provide their own equipment and also have their own telephone line connected if required.
Yes, we always like to find out what foods they most enjoy and also if they have any allergies. They are offered a menu choice each day.
Yes, we have excellent WEEKLY entertainment, which visitors are also very welcome to come along to if they wish!
No, this is often not necessary as we have an open door policy for any residents, visitors and staff whenever we are available. We are of course very happy to arrange an appointment if this is more convenient for you.
We like to encourage the residents to go out, especially in the nicer weather and are very happy if family members like to come along too. On warm sunny days we very often go outside to enjoy activities on our decking or in our lovely sensory garden.
You may visit us at anytime. However, if you feel you may arrive late in the evening we would ask politely if you could let us know to expect you.
Yes very much so, the residents always love to see them, it gives them a great deal of pleasure!
However, to protect our residents from infection we would like to ask you refrain from bringing them in if they show any signs of a cold or are otherwise unwell.
We would also ask, of course, that your dog is well behaved.
Yes absolutely, as long as there is no valid reason why going out would not be in their best interests.
We are unable to allow smoking inside the premises, but there is a designated shelter in the garden that can be used under careful guidance.
